Kimberly Garde (pronounced “guard”) is the owner and managing attorney at The Garde Law Firm, PLLC. Ms. Garde has lived in the North Phoenix area for over 35 years. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Education from Arizona State University at the West Campus and then went on to earn her Juris Doctor degree from Phoenix School of Law (now known as “Arizona Summit Law School”), where she served as Vice Editor-in-Chief of Phoenix Law Review. During her legal education, Ms. Garde spent one summer in Beijing, China, where she took classes at the China University of Political Science and Law in conjunction with Duquesne University School of Law. After successfully passing the Arizona bar exam and gaining admission to the Arizona State Bar, Ms. Garde first worked as an attorney practicing family law in a small North Phoenix law firm before opening The Garde Law Firm, PLLC in Anthem in 2011.
As a wife, stepmother, and mother of special-needs children, Ms. Garde is uniquely sensitive to the needs of her family law and estate planning clients. She looks forward to meeting with you to discuss your situation and explore the legal options available to you at this time.
Ms. Garde is a member in good standing of the Arizona State Bar, the North Phoenix Bar Association, the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts, and the Arizona Family Law Association.
Ms. Garde is licensed to practice in Arizona’s State and Federal courts, including Bankruptcy court, as well as the Ninth Circuit.
Ms. Garde’s published work includes her article, This Will Only Hurt For . . . Ever: Compulsory Vaccine Laws, Injured Children, and No Redress, 3 Phoenix L. Rev. 509 (2010).
In her free time, Ms. Garde enjoys reading, traveling, and spending time with her family.
